With housing affordability up (see my June 2 blog entry), Inmna News has identified the ten best places in the US to invest in real estate. As might be expected, these are the areas that were hardest hit by the economic downturn in recent years. Southern California and Florida are at the top of the list. My personal advice is the same now as it was 20 years ago – purchase real property with long term in mind. Real estate is very rarely a get rich quick proposition.
